These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") govern your relationship with www.2game.com website (the "Service") operated by 2GAME DIGITAL LIMITED ("us", "we", or "our"). Purchases, Billing Terms and Payments

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for any reason including but not limited to: product or service unavailability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, system malfunction and downtime or for other reasons.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected.

Available payment methods vary by store and are displayed at checkout.

Prices are listed in the currency applicable to each store. You will be charged the amount for the Purchase as quoted on the store page in the store defined currency. You understand and agree that you will bear currency exchange rate differences and currency exchange fees (if any) (applies if your payment method is denominated in a different currency than the currency specified on the store). No additional fees associated with the payment method are included in the listed price.

Attempted purchases are guided via the Service order process and associated shopping pages. Successful order completion prompts the reception of confirmation email with order details sent to your email address.

If an order is unable to be fulfilled but has been charged the applicable fee, the fee will be promptly refunded to you.

All refunds, returns and cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available on our website.

The usage of Virtual Private Network (VPN for short) or Proxy service may affect or halt the order process. We advise against using VPNs in connection with the service.

A certain percentage of orders are placed on hold for additional security checks which may delay the order completion process.

Termination
